Pairing link
A pairing link needs its full address.
This address is missing the part that identifies the pairing, so there is nothing here to open. Go back to the message you were sent and open the whole link, or ask for a fresh one.
What to do
- Install KLØDD on this phone. There is one app for iPhone and one for Android, and the download page says honestly where each one stands today.
- Open the pairing link again, from the same message. With the app installed, the phone hands the link to it instead of to this page.
- A pairing link lasts ten minutes and works once. If yours has expired by the time the app is installed — which is likely, if you had to install it — mint a fresh one on the machine that sent it: the KLØDD desktop app’s Pet Sync card, or
kotg pairin a terminal.
This page never saw your key
Everything secret in a pairing link sits after the #. No browser and no chat app ever sends that part to a server, so it did not reach us and could not have. This page knows only that a pairing link was opened — not whose, and not what it unlocks.
That also means anyone who has the whole link has the key inside it. Treat one like a password, and do not forward it.
Did the app open and then refuse the link?
The app refuses a link that has expired, that was already redeemed on that phone, or that belongs to a different account than the one signed in. It says which. If it says something else, we would like to know.
